Dear mmatt_ugh,
I hope you’re doing well! My name is Renil Mathew Felix, and I’m reaching out from Banzan Studios, the team behind SnackR—an exciting new platform that combines the best of TikTok, YouTube, and Patreon, specifically designed for creators like you. We’ve been following your work, and we’re particularly impressed by your project, "recital" The creativity behind it caught our attention, and we believe it would resonate well with our growing audience on SnackR. SnackR is an all-in-one platform where creators can share games, animations, and comics, and engage with a dedicated mobile-first audience. This is built by a team of folks who have been creators themselves and have faced the same problems that young creators like you do. Each feature and functionality is built while keeping the ‘Creator’ in mind. We're focused on giving creators control over their content and its reach, and we'd love for you to be part of this journey. While "recital" truly stood out to us, you’re not limited to submitting just that—we’d be thrilled to explore any other game or project you think might be a great fit for SnackR as well. If you're interested in learning more about how SnackR could benefit you and help you reach new audiences, I’d love to discuss this further. Please let me know if you’re available for a quick chat. Feel free to check us out in the meantime: Website: https://banzan.co/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/banzanstudios/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/banzanstudios/ I’ll also share a short video showcasing what SnackR is all about—this will give you a better sense of how we’re creating a platform tailored for creators like you: ~ https://www.instagram.com/p/DCVjW1LIM07/ Here's the actual app on Google Play. Another Amazing game by mmatt_ugh (and co)
hey its lucas!
Love this. Most if not all of my feedback mostly amounts to some tuning since I think the game needs a little balancing but otherwise, what's here is amazing.
Currently stuck on the 3rd phase, but I'ma definitely come back and try to beat it lol.
But first, there seems to be a bug where if you come in contact with a wall, you stop moving entirely. This was kinda annoying and caused me to take damage quite a lot tbh.
It goes without saying that the presentation overall is amazing. From visuals to sound, it's all great
That said, I think the visual design of the boss could stand out a little more from the environment. I say this because his hands kinda blend into the environment a little too easily. As opposed to the bullets, all of which contrast well and are very readable. This kinda makes the hand attack a little unfair at times ( more on that later .... )
To go back to how balanced the game is, I think the first two phases are balanced well enough, but the third phase could use some tuning. It really made me feel like the player's speed needed to be increased somewhat.
Going back to the hand attack, just an idea, but what if the first hand comes at you from the side opposite to where you are. I say this because I ended up getting hit by it multiple times before I even saw it since I needed to move right to get the green pillar in the attack which had a row of pillars. Maybe just a skill issue, but I feel it's something worth noting
Also, when you reflect a bullet, maybe the yellow stamina bar could get replenished a little ? Just to ensure that you don't accidentally stun yourself.
All that said, I think this is a pretty fantastic game. Great work on this
Haha thank you so much for the excellent feedback!
I'm sorry about the getting stuck on the wall, that was my personal bad code!
Agree with all points. I would add that when you full run out of stamina it is super unforgiving on the third guy haha
Amazing game :D
